Gastronomic tour, Afro-Brazilian cuisine, original carioca (depending on the day of the week I vary the place, so I do not put the names of the places and the order may vary according to the client's preferences):
1. 12pm: Meeting for lunch or feijoada appetizer, the most famous Brazilian dish with pork cracklings, pork and beef meats, and sausages dipped in black beans, kale, farofa, white rice, orange and caipirinha, tasting feijoada balls, codfish and/or barbecue
2. 1:30pm: The best açaí from the Amazon (juice extracted from the Amazon palm rich in antioxidants), accompanied by crab meat patty, tacacá or maniçoba (stew with fish and açaí)
3. 2:30pm: Chicken galeto: Chicken style only found in Rio or chicken à passarinho with fried garlic: common delicacy of Rio bars accompanied by beer or chopp
4. 3:30pm: Sweets and pies at Confeitaria Colombo: coffees, pastel de Belém, assorted pastries, quindim, walnut pie, brigadeiro, shrimp rissole, chicken coxinha and other spices from the buffet
5. 4:30pm: Confeitaria Manon: cheese bread, sandwiches, pies, cakes, brigadeiro, buffet
6. 5:30pm: Acarajé at Praça 15 (only on Fridays, for other days of the week acarajé will be served in another part of the city) the most popular Afro-Brazilian culinary expression here and in Bahia. Fried cake made of black-eyed peas, filled with caruru (okra and nut cream), vatapá (dendê cream, peanuts, coconut milk, dried shrimp, salad, pudding, coconut candy, balls, etc.
