Description

Savor Afro-Brazilian, Carioca, and Brazilian cuisine with experiences that tell the country's history through taste. The places visited may vary depending on the day of the week and also according to the client's preferences. The stops may change order for a better experience along the way. ### Base Itinerary (flexible) * 12h - First Stop - Lunch or feijoada appetizer - the most famous Brazilian dish, served with cracklings, pork and beef meats, sausage, black beans, collard greens, farofa, white rice, orange, and caipirinha. Possibility to taste feijoada balls and/or barbecue. * 13h30 - Second Tasting - Amazonian açaí - pulp extracted from the Amazonian palm, rich in antioxidants. Possible accompaniments: crab meat cake, tacacá, or maniçoba (stew with fish and açaí). * 14h30 - Third Moment - Galeto (typical chicken served in Rio de Janeiro) or garlic chicken wings - classic Carioca botequim dish. Ideal accompaniment: cold draft beer or beer. * 15h30 - Fourth Experience - Sweets and pies at the traditional Confeitaria Colombo - coffees, pastel de Belém, quindim, walnut pie, brigadeiro, shrimp rissole, coxinha, among other buffet options. * 16h30 - Fifth Stop - Confeitaria Manon - cheese bread, sandwiches, pies, cakes, brigadeiro, and a variety of buffet snacks. * 17h30 - Closing with Afro-Brazilian Flavor - Acarajé at Praça XV - a symbol of Afro-Brazilian cuisine. Black-eyed pea dough fried in palm oil, stuffed with vatapá, caruru, dried shrimp, salad, and various accompaniments.
